FAQ

The length of an exam depends on the type of exam and the examinee. Exams can range from 2–6 hours. We typically allocate 4 hours for an exam.

For best results, you should take the exam at the beginning of your day (a few hours after waking up). Taking an exam at the end of the day or after a full day of work is likely to prolong the exam or require rescheduling. Allow plenty of time to take the exam. Do not schedule other events immediately before or after the exam.

Exams are by appointment. We will work with you to set up a time that works for both you and the examiner.

Do whatever is normal. If you are normally taking prescription medication, continue to take it. If you normally drink coffee or smoke, please do so.

Deposits are due within 48 hours of scheduling. The remaining payment is due on the day of the exam, before the exam starts. We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). We do not charge an extra fee for credit cards. Government entities and legal counsel may also pay by check

Test questions are unique to each exam based on the individual situation. The examiner needs time to evaluate the situation and formulate appropriate exam questions.

Unless an interpreter is needed, only the examiner and examinee are in the exam room.

We will only release exam results to individuals specified on your consent form.
